RULES AND REGULATIONS
- ALL reservations must be GUARANTEED with a valid Credit Card. Excessive abuse, trash, or damage could result in a $25.00 to $100 cleaning fee.
- The charge per night for rentals includes the adult maximum capacity allowed in each cabin. Children under 16 stay free with an adult.
- NO PETS allowed in any rental.
- Campfires are allowed in provided fire rings.
- Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am through the week and 12:00 pm to 7:00 am on weekends.
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
- Additional camping equipment is subject to additional fee.
$15 dollars for the first tent and $6 for any additional.
- All rentals are NON SMOKING.
- We no longer provide linens.
ALL SULLIVAN COUNTY PARK AND LAKE RULES APPLY TO RENTALS.
A three (3) day cancellation notice is required. Failure to arrive or cancel outside of policy will incur a $100.00 Administrative Fee per cabin.
For those who need more room, we have a three bedroom Mobile Home. It has all the conveniences of being at home while you are able to enjoy our beautiful Park. It is completely furnished including an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, a limited supply of dishes, pots and pans and bed linens. Cabin has a flat screen TV and DISH satellite. There is also a screened in front porch. Available all year round.
Located next to the Mobile Home is our handicap accessible Brown Cabin. It has two bedrooms with full size beds. In the living area there is a couch that folds out into a full size bed. It also is completely furnished and has all the conveniences of home including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a limited supply of dishes and pans. Cabin has a flat screen TV and DISH satellite. Available all year round.
The Eagle Lodge was built in 2016. The dimensions are 20’ x 24’. It is also completely furnished and has all the conveniences of home including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a limited supply of dished and pots and pans. Will sleep 8. Cabin has 3 sets of bunk beds and a private bedroom. Cabin has a flat screen TV and DISH satellite.
The Log Cabins are one room 14’ x 24’. They are located next to the water. They have a front porch that faces the water. Heat and air conditioner. In each of them, there is a set of bunk beds, a futon that makes into a bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, table and benches and a ceiling fan.
Our Blue Cabin is located near the Gatehouse. It has one bedroom with a twin and full size bunk beds. In the living area there is a futon that folds out into a full size bed. It also is completely furnished and has all the conveniences of home including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a limited supply of dishes and pans. Cabin has a flat screen TV and DISH satellite. Available all year round.
The Park Model shown on the front has one bedroom. In the living area there are 1 futon that folds out into a full size bed. It also is completely furnished and has all the conveniences of home including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a limited supply of dishes and pans. Cabin has a flat screen TV and DISH satellite.
